Balancing Youself part 1

We must be in balance and alignment with the God,earth, and the universe within our body, mind, soul, and spirit to function to our optimal best.  As you may or may not know our bodies are 80 percent water and the moon and other things of this universe can affect us.   Not all people are affected the same, but the water in your body is like the tide of the ocean during certain phases of the moon.  Our spirits and souls, our very cores are made up of energy.  This too can also affect us either positively or negatively, depending on the type of energy we allow into our space.  In most instances we are in control and allow or disallow what we let in and what we give out.

When we are balanced and aligned within ourselves mentally, physically, spiritually, and wholistically, then it is much easier to make the right choices and to be positive.  However, when our bodies are out of wack the ability to make the correct choices become impaired.

Essentials Needed To Balance

Prayer and Meditation

Love and Peace

Exercise for the body and the mind

Water – distilled or filtered, PH balanced (without chlorine)

Minerals and vitamins (will add some important ones soon.)

Enzymes from living plants

Essential Fats such as Omega 3's, Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil is awesome

Friendly bacteria (Probiotics)  (will also add soon)

Plant based proteins

When we do not have these things within ourselves, our bodies become tired, nervous, depressed, and unbalanced.  This can easily allow us to become diseased.  These are all signs of being unbalanced and will begin to result in major harm to your brain cells. 

To much acidity in the body causes such conditions.  Our bodies need to have these everyday acids that we ingest neutralized.  Vegetables and fruits are known as alkaline foods and only those foods  can neutralize the acidity within your body.

In my next lesson on balancing yourself I will be talking about combating depression and more details about the required essentials your body needs.  I believe that any condition is curable with these things and your body being in complete wholeness and balance.   It may take time, but that's ok, because Rome wasn't built in a day.  Until next time Shalom, Blessings, and Love.

Sore Throat and Chest Congestion

The best thing to bring up plhegm is honey, garlic, apple cider vinegar combined.

Mix table spoon of apple cider vinegar with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic juice, A tablespoon of honey into your favorite tea beverage or all natural juice, (avoid milks, and plhegm producing products, such a; cheese, ice cream, and eggs.  Any questions just ask.

Salt therapy (Halotherapy) is big in Europe. You can mimic this by boiling a large pot of water with 1 cup sea salt, remove from stove and place your face about 3 inches from pot edge, cover head with towel and let vapors go into your breathing pattern.
